בית לייטס וסורוקה בתכנונו המקורי של האדריכל צבי טבצ’ניק, הממוקם במרכזו של המדרחוב בנחלת בנימין ונבנה בשנת 1921 בסגנון בנייה אקלקטי שהיה נפוץ מאוד בשנות ה20. 
את הפרויקט יזמה חברת פסו-גוב ואגדה 21 משפחות לקבוצת רכישה ובפרויקט קיימים 19 יח”ד 2 יחידות מסחר בקומת הקרקע.
